Hour 1: Taking Risks

Hour 2: Focused Effort

Today, on Karl and Crew Mornings, we continued our theme: "Come Alive", and we discussed having a focused effort in all our decisions....running those decisions through the grid of sanctification.  The main focus should be growing in Jesus; so we need to ask ourselves, "Is this decision/person/choice growing me in Jesus or stunting my growth in Jesus?".  Scripture references were Hebrews 12:1-2, I Thess. 4:3, Proverbs 29:18, and I Cor. 14:12.  There's a catch-phrase that says if you aim at nothing, you'll hit the mark every time.  Today was day 6 of our "12 Days of Christmas" giveaway, and you can enter online.  Hear the highlights from today's program by listening to the Karl and Crew Showcast; just click the "audio" button below.
